greatest food with a coat of fluff,
youre the chosen one

i write prose and poetry
to boast about ya
but nothin comes close enough

if i wanna sip that water,
first gotta break the shell,
gotta work harder

but it makes me appreciate
the feast when i finally take it
and it sure tastes great

and how about that oil?
11 million years,
people and creatures toiled for it

dont forget that milk
creamy, delicious
soft as silk

electrolytes
antioxidants
God put em in,
it aint no accident

digestive enzymes help ya break down your food
plus its full of fiber so youre gonna make a smooth moove

manganese, selenium, and iron
potassium and phosphorus got ya flying

medium chain triglycerides
give ya so much energy youre gonna kiss the sky

so listen up, all you haters:
if you dont fuck with coconut,
